    Hello. Thanks for the support!

Is there any instruction on how to completely hide Theme information or name in source and style or CSS? When use the some of the “Source Code” tools which I believe may do that, they break the website. Please check the options we are using to achieve that and advice on the best way to use them. http://prntscr.com/93ekly

    Thanks!

    Hi, please follow these steps:

    – goto HMWP Start Tab, select “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings
    – goto Permalink & URLs tab and set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins”

Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.

Let us know if you trying to hide anything specific in the page source. Also let us know your website URL.

Please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue further. Also let us know the page url where we can check the profile photo upload form.

Hi, I logged in to backend and clicked on “reset settings to wp” button in HMWP settings page and then applied following settings:

    – in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
    – in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settings

Now buddypress profile photo could be uploaded without any issue.

Hi, click on “Hide My WP” link under Forums in the right sidebar to add a new ticket (you might need to scroll to the bottom of the page)
