    Hi, I tried to check the issue in the above mentioned URL but it seems like HMWP is not active. Have you tried deactivating IDS option under IDS Firewall tab? If it’s still the issue then post in our support forum (http://support.wpwave.com/) your site’s wp-admin details so that we can look into it further.

    Hi, I deactivated IDS option under IDS Firewall tab and add to cart button is working fine now even when not logged in. If you want to have IDS enabled then goto Dashboard >> Intrusions and exclude these requests (hover over request name to view exclude link)
