    Hi there I’m a complete newbie,

    I checked for the settings mentioned in the F&Q.

    I don’t see what the problem is ..once I activate the plugin and set all settings the website is super slow (*20 times more) and all the CSS design theme breaks .

    Would please help…I’m kind of lost here..

    Hi, it seems like htaccess issue. I tried changing htaccess content to WP default (using htaccess editor plugin), but now it’s not allowing me to change the content. Can you please let us know the FTP details.

    Attached below is the htaccess content before I made any changes to it.

    Hi, I tried to check the issue and there seems to be some conflict between BulletProof Security plugin and HMWP plugin. I’ve assigned this ticket to sr. support to have a further look into it.

    It does work if bulletproof security plugin is disabled. After disabling you’ll also need to remove BP rules from htaccess file ot set it to WP default – https://codex.wordpress.org/htaccess

    Currently, bulletproof plugin is disabled and HMWP activated with medium privacy settings.

    1) it would be nice if you can let us know in which section of site the color is not okay (screenshots would be helpful)

    2) to rename plugins, set “rename plugins” option to all plugins in HMWP permalinks & urls tab. If the plugin name is still visible do let us know.
