    I recently purchased your plugin with the sole purpose of hiding the Theme name, I installed this and it has completely ruined my whole website, I now cannot login or access any of the site.

    I have deleted the plugin from within FTP and now the site will not load at all, this is a HUGE problem for me, as this has taken me 6 weeks to build in 3 languages.

    Please help asap, I am loosing hours here. ; (

    Hi, I tried activating the plugin but it seems like your site’s htaccess file is not writable. Please give write permission (755) to htaccess file and see if it works. If still the issue then let us know the FTP details so that we can look further into it.

    Hi,

    FTP credentials is working fine but I can no more login to backend. The login URL
    http://www.shyaviation.com/remote/ is no more working?

    The above FTP details work, but http://www.shyaviation.com/remote/ is still redirecting to http://www.shyaviation.com, and I cannot access http://www.shyaviation.com/wp-admin/ and http://www.shyaviation.com/wp-login.php as well. Please let us know how can we access the backend so that we can set up HMWP for you.
