    Hello,

    After installing and activating this plugin on 2 of my sites, both sites have a database connection error and are ‘down’.

    Wat can i do to quickly get my blog online or get the plugin to work correctly?

    Hi, it’s strange that you are having database connectivity issue after activating HMWP.

    Please follow these steps:
    – rename “hide_my_wp” plugin folder name under /wp-content/plugins/ directory
    – set htaccess content to WP default (https://codex.wordpress.org/htaccess)

    If it’s still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details and FTP details (as private reply), so that we can look into it further
