    I am unable to get HMWP to work with Better WP Minify plugin. It breaks all the css and javascript when HMWP is activated. It works perfectly without HMWP. Can you please advise? Thanks

    Hi, please follow these steps:

    – goto HMWP Start Tab, select “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings
    – empty out “new wp-content path” field in HMWP permalinks & urls tab

    Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable. Your new login URL will be http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234

    Hi

    Thanks for your advice. Unfortunately still no luck.

    The only way I can get it to work is to empty the ‘New plugin path’ – but then it show ‘plugins’ in the source code of course.

    In your FAQ it says: ‘I recommend Better WP Minify, you just need enable Friendly Minify URL (from advanced tab) and that’s all!’

    That’s all I did.

    Hi

    It’s actually a busy full production site – so unfortunatly I cannot give you admin access. I am testing HMWP on a a local MAMP server.

    Next week I can clone the site onto another publicly accessible server and I will send you the admin details.
