    Hello , I use the plugin very much and on multiple pages . Only now I have only one problem . I use the “The Ken – Child Theme ” . I think it is up to the child . When I activate the plugin backend and frontend no longer loads . I need to disable FTP plugin . That’s why I get no log files .

    Hi, if you’re able to login to backend then please generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply. If you’re not able to access backend then let us know your site’s wp-admin login details and FTP details so that we can look into the issue further.

    Hi, there seems to be some issue with HMWP in your website. I’ve assigned this ticket to sr. support so that he can look into it further.

    Hi-

    I think I found the problem! It was caused because you changed site and home URL by wp-config.

    I commented these two lines: (add // before them)

    define('WP_HOME','http://www.soe-ing.de/');
    define('WP_SITEURL','http://www.soe-ing.de/');

    Instead, I used WP general settings page to add www to site and home URLs, logged out and logged in and it was fixed!
