    Hello. I use hide my wp plugin on my site and from a certain date i have problem with access to wp-login.php and dashboard. When i try to login into dashboard i see “You are blocked. Please contact site administrator if you think there is a problem.”. No difference when i try access via VPN/Proxy/other IP. Important thing is the fact that I use revproxy. When i unset option “Connect to trust network, fetch known dangerous IPs and patterns and ban them” the problem does’nt exists.

    Hi salabpl, for now please disable “Trust Network” in your website. I’ve assigned this ticket to sr. support so that he can look further into it.

    maxell123, it seems like you renamed wp-admin path, and didn’t configure it correctly.
    If further assistance is required to configure HMWP then we request you to create a fresh ticket. Thanks!

    Hi salabpl,

    I need more details.

    First of all, let me know how you could login to site and disable ‘Trust Network’ when you were blocked?

    Second of all, go to http://whatismyip.com/ and let me know your IP address

    Lastly, which require basic understanding of programing but very helpful:
    Open WP theme editor, choose header.php, copy entire file and save it somewhere as a backup, past below line at the TOP of the editor (before < ?php or < html) <?php echo $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR']; ?>

    Then, open your site and let me know IP shown at the top of the site.

    At the end remove that line from header.php and save change.

    By change plugin directory name. After i enter dashboard, activate plugin and configure(enable hide wp-login and wp-admin). And when I logout im getting ‘You are blocked. Please contact site administrator if you think there is a problem.’.

    My IP: 83.22.6.149
    $_SERVER[‘remote_addr’]: 104.168.167.213

    Sorry for delay,

    The IP added to whitelist! It will solve the issue but it may take up to 3 days to see changes.

    We suggest to scan 104.168.167.213’s machine for malware, out of dated or vulnerable plugins.

    I am not sure – do you run whitelist, where HMWP checks if it should pass traffic or not? What if my server’s IP changes?
