    Hi I just bought your plugin and installed it. I made .htaccess writeable. I selected the setting suggested in the set up video. I went to look at my site and the website loaded continuously in a loop for 2 minutes before it loaded in AND all the CSS styles were broken.

    I lowered the settings to the lowest one. The site styling is still broken and it still takes 2 minutes to load.

    I followed the Quick Fix Guide:
    I made sure I have a writable .htaccess file
    I disabled the Hide My WP features that have an asterisk in their names

    I did not see another plugins related info in source code
    I did not get any 404 pages

    I’ve had this plugin for 10 minutes, I’m considering a refund. I deactivated it and my site went back to normal. Please advise.

    Hi, please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details (as private reply) so that we can look into the issue further. And you’ll qualify for a refund if we cannot fix it for you.

    Okay,
    I’m a little angry now. Overnight my wordpress login expired so I had to re-login this morning. When I tried to access the login page my entire website slowed to a crawl. I deactivated the plugin after I contacted you initially because it broke the layout of my website.

    I can’t login to the backend of my website to create admin access for you. It loads and loads for 2-3 minutes to even get the backend login page. The ENTIRE website loads slow when I try to access the dashboard. I was able to login to my dash but now I cant navigate it because it loads to slow.

    Realizing your plugin was probably the cause, I tried to delete the plugin through FTP hoping it would revert back. Now my entire FRONT END of my website loads for 2-3 minutes and I get blank WHITE PAGES. THIS IS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. But it DOES confirm that your plugin was causing the issue.

    I request immediate assistance. My website was FINE before I installed this and I am very very angry about this entire situation.
