Hello,
When i activate HMW, i can’t access to the wp-admin/customize.php anymore with an Autor account, i get a 404 error. When i desactivate it all works perfectly. I tried to change a lot of settings but i can’t get it to work correctly.Do you have any solution please ?
Thanks ! 🙂March 10, 2016 at 4:36 pm #8372Hi, goto HMWP start tab and set “Trusted User Roles” for the users. Let us know.
March 10, 2016 at 5:45 pm #8384I already checked the “Author” box and it doesn’t work. I tried to check all the roles boxes and it doesn’t work :/
March 11, 2016 at 4:20 am #8388Please follow these steps:
– in HMWP Start Tab, click on “reset settings to wp” button
– in HMWP Start Tab, select “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings
– in Permalink & URLs tab and set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins”Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable. Your new login URL will be http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234
If you’re still having the issue, then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details as Private Reply so that we can look into the issue further.
March 11, 2016 at 8:18 am #8392Hello, i tried this but it still doesn’t work. Then i tried just after reset wp settings and the 404 error happens too (my .haccess was writable during tests). When i desactivate HMW, all works fine but when i reactivate it i get the 404.
I don’t want to work on prod server so i will clone the website on a test one and then give you the login details as soon as possible.
Thanks for your help !

I tried many times and i was only getting 404 page…
Perhaps a cache problem.
Thanks anyway.
