Hi namus25,
I just bought your plugin, been getting 500 error? My hosting fixed the htaccess able to get back in the admin, then I re-installed the plugin and getting 500 error again, on and on for 6-8 times?
I constant calling the hosting for good 6 – 8 times to fix it. I finally stop the last admin login. So now the plugin is NO longer install on my site.
If is the htaccess file and for quick fix? It OK I can send you my htaccess file let you look into it? correct what’s on? and send back?
Please let me know, if ok with you, please give email address.
Please advise help, Thanks Jimmy

April 25, 2017 at 7:06 pm #15807Hi Suman,
Sure, that’s fine giving you the admin login and ftp. I will set private reply to you.
But before I send you my details, do I need to install the HIDE_MY_WP plugin back in first? If I do, It will get 500 error again? Then how can you login to the admin to fix it? The hosting have to fix the login and you not at the same time?
Please let me know some details so I know?
Thanks Jimmy

There is no 500 error, but the default WP paths are not being replaced (most probably the theme issue). I’ve assigned this ticket to sr. support so that he can look further into it.

Sorry for delay,I worked on your site last night (you could see several changes) but no success yet. I got several 500 errors and sometimes slow connection but when no HMWP feature was enabled.
You have too many active plugins and this make site a little slow I wanted to disable all plugins and try again but as it is risky it’s better to first take a backup for yourself.
Anyway, you can request a refund from Envato panel.
