Hello, I bought the module “Prestashop SEO Friendly (Pretty) URL” and I think it does not work correctly, it does not erase the id from the url of the product. I have removed the prestashop and browser cache and it still does not work.

I have made the corrections but it still doesn’t work. Are you using any caching mechanism?

I use the prestashop cache, the Memcache option is also active. We do not have another cache system 🙁

Can you delete / purge the cache and try. It should work now.

Some other module is interfering with my module as i can see that the SEO settings are being reset again and again. If you know about the module which can interfere with mine, please tell me otherwise please raise a refund request.

We do not know which module is interfering with your module. Your module is important to us, would you know how to locate the module that is interfering ?. We will disable the module that is.
