I want to easily hide wordpress and woocommerce from the builtwith site. Can you please provide an easy way to do this by an admin setting?
December 22, 2017 at 5:12 am #19270Suman M.Post count: 12478Hi, please do these:
– apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP start tab
– set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” in Permalinks & URLs tab
– enable “Auto Configuration” option in IDS Firewall tabLet us know!
December 22, 2017 at 5:28 am #19271elkinoPost count: 64There is no “enable “Auto Configuration” option in IDS Firewall tab”, I did the other 2 bullets you recommended and neither of them worked. Builtwith still sees everything.

Also generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply.

it resets all of my settings to default and deletes everything I have done. How can I do it so that it keeps all of my settings? This plugin is functioning counter-intuitively.
December 24, 2017 at 9:58 am #19315Suman M.Post count: 12478Hi, if you apply any of the pre-made settings scheme it’ll reset your previous settings and apply new ones. We recommend you to apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme and then make other required changes to the settings like,
– setting “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” in Permalinks & URLs tab
– enabling “Auto Configuration” option in “replace tools” tabDecember 26, 2017 at 3:00 pm #19370elkinoPost count: 64Hi, I applied all of the changes according to the order you recommended and it is still not hiding. Please let me know how to hide from builtwith, otherwise, this plugin is useless to me. Need to know asap.
Thanks

If it can’t be resolved then you can apply for the refund.December 27, 2017 at 7:10 am #19382elkinoPost count: 64This reply has been marked as private.December 27, 2017 at 7:06 pm #19386Suman M.Post count: 12478Alright! Please try adding these replacements in “replace in html” option:
woocommerce-variation ==> wc-variation
woocommerce-product-gallery ==> wc-product-galleryAfter replacement also check if nothing is broken in the website because of above replacements.
Let us know.
