    I want to easily hide wordpress and woocommerce from the builtwith site. Can you please provide an easy way to do this by an admin setting?

    Hi, please do these:

    – apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP start tab
    – set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” in Permalinks & URLs tab
    – enable “Auto Configuration” option in IDS Firewall tab

    Let us know!

    There is no “enable “Auto Configuration” option in IDS Firewall tab”, I did the other 2 bullets you recommended and neither of them worked. Builtwith still sees everything.

    Sorry, the “Auto Configuration” option is under Replace Tools tab.

    Also generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply.

    When I did the auto-configuration option, I can’t log into the admin side to generate the debug report. How do I fix this?

    I see what the issue is…whenever I “– apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP start tab”

    it resets all of my settings to default and deletes everything I have done. How can I do it so that it keeps all of my settings? This plugin is functioning counter-intuitively.

    Hi, if you apply any of the pre-made settings scheme it’ll reset your previous settings and apply new ones. We recommend you to apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme and then make other required changes to the settings like,

    – setting “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” in Permalinks & URLs tab
    – enabling “Auto Configuration” option in “replace tools” tab

    Hi, I applied all of the changes according to the order you recommended and it is still not hiding. Please let me know how to hide from builtwith, otherwise, this plugin is useless to me. Need to know asap.

    Thanks

    Hi, can you please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into the issue further.
    If it can’t be resolved then you can apply for the refund.

    Alright! Please try adding these replacements in “replace in html” option:

    woocommerce-variation ==> wc-variation
    woocommerce-product-gallery ==> wc-product-gallery

    After replacement also check if nothing is broken in the website because of above replacements.

    Let us know.

    Did you clear the cache? Because I can still see it in the site’s page source – [screenshot deleted]
