I have seen that the answers are like a forum. Please tell me how can i keep the content of my messages as private?
December 5, 2015 at 12:33 pm #6382I finally found the button to make a message as a private message. It is not very easy to notice it. Anyways, Please tell me why my wordpress is not hidden after using this plugin. Also i have issues with other plugins. and the revolution slider’s slides do not have images in them anymore. only text is displaying. And the users do not have their pictures in their profiles.

Please tell me why my login URL is showing in the page source? What is the purpose of this plugin then? Also, even the plugin names and their version numbers are visible!!! The text which plugins use for marketing purposes is also written in the source code. For example I copied this from the page source:
<meta name=”generator” content=”Powered by Slider Revolution 5.1 – responsive, Mobile-Friendly Slider Plugin for WordPress with comfortable drag and drop interface.” />
December 6, 2015 at 1:05 pm #6394Hi, the website testing.lalamusatown.com seems to be in maintenance mode.
Please follow these steps to configure HMWP:
– in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Pripacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
– in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settingsNote: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.
If you are still having issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at it further.
December 6, 2015 at 1:10 pm #6396To replace the words/text added by plugins/theme in the page source, you’ll need to add the replacements in “replace in html” option under replace tools tab. For example, to replace text in the above <meta> tag you’ll need to add following replacements:
Powered by Slider Revolution ==> PBSR
responsive, Mobile-Friendly Slider Plugin for WordPress with comfortable drag and drop interface ==> Slider
December 8, 2015 at 8:24 am #6435Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I have disabled the maintenance mode now. Please tell me what else i can replace with this method? Please give me a little bit more information regarding this replacement feature. I mean what else i can replace using this ‘replace in html’ option.Secondly, I have another very important question. And that is, that this plugin is not working with Amazon CloudFront CDN. Please tell me how to fix this. If i enable the plugin then the website gets broken, and if i disable the plugin then the website is served from CDN normally, but then it is showing my wp folders in the source code.
If i enable the plugin and give the CDN domain name in the CDN path in HideMWP plugin, then the site breaks.
December 9, 2015 at 11:04 am #6458With Replace tools you can replace any text/word in your site’s page source. Please go through this FAQ – http://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress/4177158/faqs/20827
Regarding CDN, entering full cdn url in “cdn path” field should work. If it doesn’t work then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at it.

I’ve emptied out “New wp-content path” field in HMWP permalinks & urls tab and images issue is fixed.
2 & 3) HMWP does not replace plugin/theme names within the plugin/theme folder. To replace such urls you’ll have to use “replace url” option under replace tools tab. For example, you’ve to add replacements like this:
wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/css/js_composer.min.css ==> SomeName1.css
wp-content/plugins/revslider/public/assets/js/jquery.themepunch.tools.min.js ==> Somename2.jsAnd for slider images, please try uploading and use the images from within the website.
