Hi, i understand that i have to search forum before post a support ticket but cant find apsolutly a helpful answer to my issue. I just purchase thins plugin and cant end up with the initial configuration! i make sure to paste the code in “htacces” in WP-confi.phh, but it keep crashing my site,
Make sure you have only ONE WP block. Delete FIRST one there are more. WP blocks are something like below: RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L] [Maybe HMWP LINES] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d RewriteRule . /index.php [L] Make sure HMWP lines are right before: RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f If you see below lines, comment them (i.e. add # before each line) RewriteCond [Something] [One or more RewriteCond [Something]] RewriteRule .* index.php [L]
Place the code in htaccess and after my site cant load css and js, again paste the code in htaccess and wp-confi, them i can see my website and when i click in one of my ad product it bring me to 404. Sometime in some of the configuration i do the site site look good and i can open my ad and see detail, also i see the folders and directory are hidden in url GOOD but when i click in customize my site or wp Dashboard it redirect me to 404!!!
I definitely need some IT help, i need that plugin functionality ….. by the way i went to test me site to see if i run WordPress and yes it pass Why! it should be hidden!
please confirm if i need to provide extra informations. i made a presentation but was to heavy to upload here some pictures only.

I checked your site’s page source and see that all default WP paths are not being replaced. Please try following these steps:
– in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
– in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settingsNote: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.
If it’s still the issue then please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details so that we can look into it further.

I used the above details for FTP and I could log in but I get a blank directory listing (no files). Let us know so that we can fix the htaccess file for you.
