    You can simply apply “medium privacy settings’ from start tab. But if your site breaks after applying this settings then there is something wrong in htaccess file. See if WP rules are duplicated as in this case. If so get rid of duplicate rules and it should work fine. If in case any issue you can always contact us 🙂

    I have a multisite where I have to install it. Is that different?

    First of we support only WP Multisite on Apache server (not Nginx server). You’ll need to update the htaccess file manually. You’ll need to follow these steps:

    – goto HMWP >> Start Tab >> select ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’
    – goto HMWP >> Start Tab >> click ‘Multi-site Configuration’
    – now use a FTP program or your host file manager and add those lines to your htaccess file (after RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ [-])
