It seems your server configured differently. It maybe disabled htaccess completely or changed it efficient location I triad to upload .htaccess to www folder but your server doesn’t allow me to do that. I suggest to contact with your host company and describe the issue. August 28, 2014 at 6:38 pm #1149OK let me contact them and I will get back to you soon. Thank you so much for your help. Just rename /www/wp/.htaccess or delete it, your posts and pages should be broken but they don’t. This means real htacces is somewhere else or htaccess is totally forbidden/ignored by server configuration. September 22, 2014 at 8:38 pm #1278Hi, Hi,
I finally configured Hide My WP plugin but I am still seeing the following in the source code:
http://oi61.tinypic.com/650q46.jpgAny ideas on how I can remove those from the source? Also, http://www.wpthemedetector.com/ is still picking up my site. The logins are the same as before if you want to login and take a look. Thanks September 25, 2014 at 3:31 pm #1293I managed to remove some of it but some theme info is still there in the source files. Can you take a look? Also, it is very important that wpthemedetector does not recognize the theme. can you also help with that? I really appreciate your help. September 30, 2014 at 7:57 pm #1304any update on this? thanks
