    Hi, please follow these steps:

    – in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
    – in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settings

    Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writable. After applying above settings the backend login URL will be http://www.YourDomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234 (you can change secret code “hide_my_wp=1234” from general settings tab)

    What is the lost password URL when HMWP is not active? Can you please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can look into it.

    With HMWP you can only prevent direct access to wp-login.php by adding secret code to it. But if you also want to rename “wp-login.php” then you can use plugin like Theme My Login.

    Can you please try disabling IDS option in HMWP IDS Firewall tab? Let us know.

    yes, after disable IDS then working fine.

    but it will effect on site security ?
