    Hey,

    Morning to you, Thank you for your previous help with the site its been amazing ever since. however, recently like yesterday to be precise i logged in i noticed that the HMWP plugin was turned off which was odd so I went in the page of the plugin and i noticed that all the options were emptied no options were in place which made me go crazy as in how could that happen ! Anyhow to make long story short, i swtiched back the options and everything like it was before, clicked save. then the site was down straight away. Kept getting Errors 500s and couldn’t get in the site and have tried to restore the backup with the same problem nothing , no sign of life !!

    Could you please help me I NEED YOUR URGENT HELP PLEASE

    Your site’s htaccess file is empty! It seems like your site’s disk space is full. I got this message in FTP client:

    Response: 552 Quota exceeded: [.htaccess] won’t be saved
    Error: Critical file transfer error

    Hey,

    Sorry man at the same time u were trying to work i was trying to restore a backup with no luck

    however, before it was a blank page death page, now at least the home pages shows but can’t access any other pages …

    Re: the 552 quota exceeded i had the same issue once i suppose your using mac os ?? i had the exact same issue when i was using the client on mac i dunno why but it should be working ok with windows tho.. i tried it myself it was just working fine, i tried uploading and editing it with mac it won’t save or upload …

    if you want to make any changes or anything wrong in the htaccss u can send it to me and i will upload it myself or tell me whatever u need to help me fix this plz

    I tried with above credentials too. But getting the same error “Quota exceeded” in windows PC. Please check with your Hosting provider regarding the issue.

    Hi, first of all, I would like to let you know that HMWP doesn’t change/modify any external files physically (except htaccess). And in case of any issue, disabling HMWP should be enough.
    I have applied settings in HMWP now, and you can deactivate HMWP anytime, and the settings will revert back to WP default.
