The replace in html seems to have worked…

But the buildpro directory is still a problem. There is no such directory in the site’s root directory, see here: http://prntscr.com/esjk26

It’s showing the theme name of ‘build pro’

and it’s also showing the wp-content folder.

So both of those are basically disclosing what theme is being used as well as the fact that site is indeed using WordPress.

How do I know what HMWP has added to the .htaccess?

Yes because I’ve had to disable HWMP and child theme just to get the site somewhat working…and even still, ever since I installed HMWP I’ve been getting intermittent 403 errors, which regularly crash all sites on my host/server. So presumably HMWP has permanently screwed with my .htaccess in some way or other which is causing these continued issues.

In addition to the above continued issues, these changes you’ve recommended or have made have screwed my site so badly it is no longer even loading without the plugin activated. The css/jquery is still not loading even with plugin deactivated and It seems that it’s totally screwed my .htaccess configuration which is now causing intermittent loading issues for all sites on my server with continued 403 forbidden errors.

I’d appreciate your urgent assistance with this.

I’ve tried that before…still had problems or created more issues from memory.

Additionally, I’ve never had to set read only for any of the other sites I use HMWP with. The only difference between this site and the others is this one uses SSL.

I’ve now had to disable HMWP just to get the website completely stable.

Ok this is still a problem…Site broke after a few days. Then tried to reapply the hmwp settings again to refresh those and now I’m getting a 403 error, probably from hmwp screwing with my .htaccess…

This has been going on for weeks now, months even….You guys need to fix this asap, or at least provide instructions to permanently resolve the problem.

I tried the above – didn’t work.

The issue seems to be mostly with the contact page…All other pages seem to be fine except for the contact page now where the styling always breaks.

I’ll try deactivating the caching plugin, reapply the medium privacy settings in hmwp and see how that goes for a few days.
