Hi,
No I didn’t change anything. The website has exactly the same settings. It seems like the issue is a little strange indeed. I can’t think another test to check the theme detection except the two tests I sent you at my previous reply.
Hi,
Please check below my new tests on different computer (on my personal laptop), with different network, on chrome Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit), mozilla 51.0.1 (32-bit) & explorer 11 browsers.
I think I maybe found the issue. While testing elisabeth-villas.gr (without http://www.), WP theme detector didn’t detect the theme. I took the same result with all the browsers.
At the other side, while testing http://www.elisabeth-villas.gr (with http://www.), WP theme detector detected the theme with all the browsers.
You can replicate the issue on your end after checking my test-videos below:
Waiting for your reply.
This reply has been marked as private.I just checked the site again on wp theme detector and it found again the theme that I am currently using (TheGem). Why does this happen?
Just to inform you, I didn’t make any changes from your last settings. I think that the error regarding the font has to do with “USE ANY FONT” plugin, so I wait a solution on this from their support team.
Can you please check again the website on http://www.wpthemedetector.com/? Please check it from both google chrome & firefox, the theme is recognized after checking with both of them.

Can you please check once again my greek version of the website:
http://www.elisabeth-villas.gr/el/
I am getting the following error and I can’t understand if it has to do with your plugin:
Failed to decode downloaded font: http://www.elisabeth-villas.gr/skin/css/custom.css
You can check it on Chrome via Console. Please also check my screenshot attached.
Waiting for your advice on the issue.

Please check it again after clearing your cache. I just checked website again via chrome and mozilla and wp theme detector still detects the theme. Please check my attached screenshot.
Could you also give me an answer on my third question*?
(*Could it be possible to replace the phrase “thegem” of my source code with another one?)Waiting for your solution on the issue.

The website seems to load without problems now.
Can you only check the following :
1) I checked the website with http://www.wpthemedetector.com/ and it found the theme. Please check my attached screenshot. Why does this happen?
On the other side, I also checked it via https://hackertarget.com/wordpress-security-scan/ and it didn’t find both theme, plugins e.t.c.
2) What do you mean “I had to empty out “New style name” field”? Sorry but I didn’t understand it.
3) Could it be possible to replace the phrase “thegem” of my source code with another one? Or do I have to replace manually everything in HTML & URL’s that contain the specific phrase?
