IIS Configuration (IIS)

If you are using IIS (Internet Information Server), then you’ll need to manually add HMWP rules to web.config file (located at site’s root directory). Please follow these steps:

  • apply settings in HMWP
  • click on ‘IIS Configuration’ button in start tab
  • copy HMWP rules and add them in web.config file just before the following line: 
    <rule name="wordpress" patternSyntax="Wildcard">
