404 error via password reset link – Hide My WP

We are getting a 404 error when a user try’s to go to the forgot password link. It seems the plugin has changed all of the wp- folders, but the link to forgot password is still pointing to the old wp-admin folder.

This is the old link that the site currently send the user to and it gives them a 404 error: http://cancerletter.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

This is the new link that they should be going to: http://cancerletter.com/wp-login.php?cancerletter=7777&action=lostpassword

How do I change that site wide?

It is the link from here: http://cancerletter.com/individual-login/
and: http://cancerletter.com/ip-login/

Click the lost password link at the bottom.

When I go in that section it has a place for old and new. if ?action=lostpassword ==> ?cancerletter=7777&action=lostpassword is the new replacment, should I use http://cancerletter.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword as the old? See screenshot.
