    Hi,

    I’m getting 404 error when I’m trying to browse my website in incognito mode. How can fix this?

    Also, HMWP seems to be working fine in your site.

    Hi Suman, at first, it looks like it is working fine in incognito mode but when you visit a few pages, it shows 404 and take it as an intrusion. Can you please check again? How can I prevent this from happening? Thank you.

    I think I did it. I disabled “Monitor potensial dangerous requests.” and now it is working fine in incognito mode but I couldn’t understand why it is not working while monitoring dangerous requests.

    It could be that IDS might have detected some requests as intrusion. Please enable IDS (Monitor potensial dangerous requests) and set “Block threshold” value to 30 . Do check and let us know.
