    Hi,

    I have downloaded hide my WP today and followed all instructions to configure it.

    However, when a user tries to register a 502 bad gateway page comes up. I have attached the screen.

    Hoping to resolve this, waiting for an answer,

    Hi, is “IDS” enabled in HMWP IDS Firewall tab? If so can you please try disabling it? Let us know.
    Also, generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply.

    Alright! We recommend you to enable IDS and set “Block Threshold” value to 30 or 40. Let us know if any issue.

    Thanks for the answer! I have done just what you said and does not work… I have enabled IDS and set the block value to 40 and shows up the the BAD GATEWAY window again.

    Can you please goto – Dashboard >> Intrusions, and see if there’s any request(s) related to the registration. If so, hover over those requests and click on “Exclude” link to add them to exception list. Now check if registration works or not.
