February 5, 2016 at 1:04 pm #7739Hi, can you please generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply.
And are you able to save other settings in HMWP Plugin?February 5, 2016 at 5:39 pm #7755This reply has been marked as private.February 6, 2016 at 10:11 am #7765Hi, can you please follow these steps:
– goto HMWP Start Tab, select “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings
– goto Permalink & URLs tab and set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins”Note: Your new login URL will be http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234
Now, if it’s still the issue, then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can look into it further.

February 20, 2016 at 7:11 pm #8048Hello there,
First sorry for such a long delay.
It seems it’s a bug with AAM (Advanced Access Manager). I disabled it and everything worked well.
As ‘skye’ is an administrator with all access permissions I think it’s better to contact with that author and report the problem or use an alternative plugin.
