    Hi, I checked the customize section and it seems to be working fine. Can you please let us know what and when exactly it’s the issue? Do mention the steps (with screenshots) to regenerate the issue, so that we can check. Thanks!

    Can you please check now? It seems to be working fine. I needed to disable “hide php files” option in General Settings tab and IDS option in IDS Firewall tab.

    Hi, you need to set the trusted user roles for the users in HMWP General settings tab, which I have done now, and add/edit product is working fine now. Please check.
