Hi, it’s most probably .htaccess file’s issue. Make sure that .htaccess file is writable.
Also, post here .htaccess file content. Thanks!

I checked the htaccess and there’s an issue – WordPress rules are being duplicated – https://www.screencast.com/t/S3U91LbvgkP
Please remove 1st block of rules as shown in screenshot above. Then goto HMWP settings page and apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme.
