    isitwp.com is not detecting wordpress at my end. It’s probably the cache.
    And are you using custom 404 page? If so, go to HMWP general settings tab and set/select custom 404 Page Template.

    For search, try disabling “Search base redirect” option under HMWP permalinks & urls tab.
