    Hello,

    I did the update on three websites using Hide my WP but one doesn’t work anymore (blank page with a message telling visitors to contact admin).
    If I try several times, I can eventually open a page or login, but students have be en trying for three days with no success. Could you help?
    Note that the site was already displaying the message before the update (on Thursday) and was working perfectly on Tuesday.

    Can you please check?

    Also try enabling trusted user role for the users in HMWP Hiding tab, and disable “trust network” in Protection tab.

    Hi,

    I’ve managed to connect after several resfresh…
    Which trusted user roles should I select? I’ve only got keymaster for the moment (as admin is a trusted role by default).
    Could you please check on your side?

    I’ve set the trusted user roles for the users in HMWP settings. Can you please check now?
    If it’s still the issue then let us know A Student user login details so that we can check.
