Hi,
It is not possible to save any “Replace in HTML” or “Replace URLs” settings in “Replace Tools” tab. All other plugin settings can be saved.
Did deactivate, delete plugin and reinstall the plugin but same issue.Which option can we do to make “Replace Tools” settings being saved?

It’s too hard to find the problem without credential details. I used your settings and triad to generate the issue but no success.
Anyway, here is the check list:
1) Disable all plugins and see if this solve the problem (refresh browser, too)
2) Change the theme and try again
3) Check if WP installed properly: wp-config.php should have something like following with random values:
https://api.wordpress.org/secret-key/1.1/salt/
4) Check if logged in user has administrator role and HMWP IDS is disabledIf none of above help please attach content of wp-config and .htaccess (change their extension to txt). You can also install a test version of the site somewhere and provide login details for deeper investigation.
