    Hello,

I just bought the plugin for $29 and wanted to install it first on my website, running via localhost (wamp).

During plugin installation I do get the message:

Uitpakken van pakket… (Extract from package…)

Kan bestand niet kopiëren hide_my_wp/lib/mute-screamer/libraries/IDS/vendors/htmlpurifier/standalone/HTMLPurifier/ConfigSchema/schema/Attr.AllowedClasses.txt (Cannot copy file….)

Normally I do not have any problems installing, activating or updating plugins. I added the plugin’s zip file as attachement.

Installed the same plugin on a website, which is on the internet (did not activate it), and installs without problems.

Mmmmm, is it related to WAMP ? Can’t the plugin be installed on localhost in Windows 10 ?

Hi, it can be installed in localhost environment too. You can try uploading the plugin folder “hide_my_wp” directly to /wp-content/plugins/ directory.

I have done that on localhost and activated the plugin to test it.

What do you think, could be the reason, I cannot install it on localhost from the backend with normal installation procedure ?

Not sure what the issue was. It could possibly be corrupted zip archive or some temporary issue. Nevertheless, you have now successfully uploaded and activated the plugin 🙂
