Cant able to login to Admin Panel

Hi,

I have configured the plugin to maximum security and used it for a while. Including manual URL for admin panel.

Now , I reverted the settings to minimal and save the page. Immediately , I have lost the access to back end of the website.

Can you please help me in fixing this thing. This site is live woocommerce website and we loose money.

Hi, can you please try clicking on “reset settings to wp” button in HMWP start tab, and remove the line define(“ADMIN_COOKIE_PATH”, “/NEW_WPADMIN_PATH_NAME”); from wp-config.php file (if you’ve renamed wp-admin path previously).

If it works then you can follow these steps to configure HMWP:

– in HMWP start tab, set “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings
– in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settings

Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writable. After applying above settings the backend login URL will be http://www.YourDomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234

If it’s still the issue then please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details & FTP details (as private reply) so that we can look into the issue further.
