Hi, it’s not recommended to replace CSS class names and IDs (like “fusion-content-boxes”) as it might break the site.

If the word/text you want to replace is not a css class name or is in the URL, then you can replace them. You can refer to above FAQ for replacing the text in URL.

HMWP is compatible with elegant theme. But the css class names/IDs in the site’s page source holds same (as explained above in FAQ) for all themes and plugins.
