    I’m trying to import my oldu settings but giving me 403 Access Denied error. Is this plugin issue or something else? How can I fix this?

    Hi, how exactly are you trying to import the settings? DO you have old settings saved somewhere in text file? If so then you’ll need to copy and paste that settings into “Import Options” textbox under Start tab and click “save settings” button.

    If it’s still the issue then please send us your old settings so that we can check. Thanks!

    Hi, I tried to import from above but it’s giving error. May be the settings is corrupt? However, we can help you configure HMWP in your site. Let us know your site’s backend login details as private reply.
