    I have not received a response since January 29th.

    Is this still being looked into ?

    I am not really able to use this plugin since it causes CLAM AV to auto-delete my backups.

    ===========

    FYI – back in 2013 I was one of the VERY first users of this plugin after that massive BOT attack.

    I do not want to have to move on to a different plugin as I am very comfortable with this one.

    I have bought MANY licenses both on CodeCanyon.net and on WPWAVE.com

    Sorry about the delay, we did push an update to the rule base, let me know if that helps with the Clam AV.

    Try to take the backup once again.

    2) – Do I need to RE-download and install, or configure anything ?

    No need to download anything, the change was pushed a week ago. Your installation must have been synced by now, can you please try the DB back up and let us know.

    can you post the offending entries in wp options table? Is it possible to fetch those separately?
