    if plugin is deactivated do we lose all the settings that you made fron this ticket [there are many!]?

    how can they be retained?

    many images now not showing on site – i need to deactivate plugin to see if it is causing problem

    you have login – can you see if your plugin causing issue? – i am afraid to deactivate – there seems to be no way to save settings
