    Hi, As I said, that would change our SEO settings, which is unacceptable.

    I have changed the post query field as our IT department suggested, and it works. Sadly, both your and Thrive support has left us very disappointed.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Sometimes, in the cases like this, when there’s compatibility issue with other plugin, it would be difficult to know what and where the issue is. Do let us know if you have any further queries. Thanks!
