    Hi,

We have installed the plugin on one of our websites. (Staging server with IP address and the website is a directory, e.g. http://1.2.3.4/web-site/).

    We have Contact Form 7.

When we try editing a contact form and click Save, we are redirected to a 404 page.

    It’s a multisite.

    404 URL (sample):

    http://1.2.3.4/web-site/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcf7&post=57

I am redirected to the website’s 404 page and the settings are not saved.

I will add a private comment with an export of my settings after posting the topic.

hi, are you sure the 404 error while saving form is only when HMWP plugin is active? have you tried disabling HMWP? Also try disabling IDS Firewall in HMWP.

    Hi,

I have tried disabling the plugin, the contact form save works without problems.

I tried disabling IDS Firewall, I unchecked the first checkbox and clicked save, I am redirected to http://PATH_TO_WP/wp-admin/options.php with a 404 Page Not Found result.

Please, let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply) so that we can have a look at the issue further.

The username/password doesn’t seem to be working. Can you please check?
