Crashed my website-refund

Hello team, I have followed your instruction, for doing the same thing you guys mentioned in your videos. I edited the htaccess file manually And nothing worked. except for the broken website and I had to delete the plugin in order to get back my website. kindly refund my account. I will be greatly appreciated that. This should not be complicated as is. Thanks!

Hi, sorry to hear that it didn’t work for you. But it could have been a minor issue with htaccess file or so, which we could have resolved for you. Please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can set up the plugin for you.

Thank you for your insights. I have already talked to your support via evento. I did change everything in the htaccess . Following your instruction. The website was completely crushed. I had tried it also in a new install, but it’s really a time-consuming process and your colleague already asked me to submit a refund which I did. Thanks again.
