    We figured everything correctly i think the medium privacy (quick is the best option for this theme)
    it works great now
    But is there any difference between the medium and high privacy options regardless the security?

    is this plugin also protect against pingbacks and other similar attacks?

    There is only little difference in medium and high privacy options. Our recommendation is also medium privacy and should be good enough.

    HMWP has IDS Firewall which prevents your site from malicious requests and attacks.
