Did I Just Waste $30?

Hi there.

I just bought HMWP and it doesn’t work with my site at all. Even with the lightest settings, it breaks everything and makes the website unloadable, till I deactivate. I bought this plugin to protect a client’s website and if it doesn’t serve, I may have to ask for a refund.

Hi, it’s most probably the htaccess issue (if you are using Apache server). Can you please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can set it up for you? If the issue can’t be fixed then you are eligible for the full refund.

Alright! First of all, please generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply.

All looks good here. Please do these:

– attach your site’s .htaccess content as text file here (.htaccess file is in root directory)
– activate HMWP plugin, goto it’s settings page and apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from Start tab (make sure that .htaccess file is writable)
– again, attach your site’s .htaccess content as text file here (after applying HMWP settings)
