    The plug in was working when first installed, however I checked a couple more boxes and it suddenly 500 errored and would not allow me to login. I followed the instructions to fix that and everything is fine. Except, I would like to use the plug-in and have tried to re-install and it immediately 500 errors again (the error happens before being able to adjust settings etc). What can I look for to fully remove the first install and what could have gone wrong so I can avoid the same problem?

    I search my database and didn’t find any rows with those names. There was only a table called ‘wp_hmwp_ms_intrusions’

    Can you please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details and FTP details (as private reply), so that we can look into the issue and fix it for you.

    I checked your website and it’s working fine. That database connection might be a temporary server side issue. Can you check now please?

    Thank you! It’s fine now. Must have been a server problem with really bad timing! One final thing, do you know what actual problem was so I can avoid it in the future?

    We are not sure what exactly was the issue previously. We reset all the HMWP settings and applied the settings again and it worked.
