– applied “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP start tab
– in General Settings tab, clicked on “manual configuration” button; copied HMWP rules and added to htaccess file (https://www.journaluniversitaire.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpseo_tools&tool=file-editor)
– cleared the cachePlease check if everything is working fine or not.
May 2, 2018 at 7:59 am #21397Hi
Thanks a lot for your great help.
We had a lot which works fine. But the problem is same : display mode is not correct.
I would suggest that you had a look yourself if you have just two minutes. The we use is Bimber. If you display Bimber and you display our site also you will understand that our website is destroyed display mode when some settings of your plugin are active. We afraid that some other plugins are not compatible with the Hide wp.Thanks again for the great service.

You are right, we desactivated wp-rocket and the site looks fine when we are not connected. May be the problem is wp-rocket plugin. Could you advise given we need also wp-rocket to get the site run fast?
Thanks again.
AbdallahMay 2, 2018 at 10:37 am #21401Hi, unfortunately we cannot provide support regarding WP Rocket. It’s recommended to contact WP Rocket support. But before that you can try resetting WP Rocket’s settings to default and then try activating the settings one at a time and check the website each time (don’t forget to clear the cache). This will help you track which settings is actually causing the issue.
May 6, 2018 at 7:23 pm #21436Hi,
We checked the site and fixed the display issue wich was caused effectively by wp-rocket plugin settings. We have tried again with your plugin but the issue persists:
– With Light Privacy : the site is broken
– With Medium Privacy : the site is not broken but all pages including homepage become unaccessibles and generate 404 errors. We have disabled completely the wp-rocket plugin and tried again, but this does not solve the problem. We do no longer understand what to do really.
Thanks again for help.

THanks again for great suppot.
AbdallahMay 7, 2018 at 8:32 am #21443As mentioned above, the site breaks when WP Rocket is enabled (even when HMWP disabled). So the best approach will be to disable HMWP plugin, and then configure WP Rocket plugin first (you might need to contact WP Rocket support if any issue). When everything works fine with WP Rocket, then you can activate & configure HMWP plugin.
