    Hello,
If you can register the jet pack on the whitelist.
I am in trouble with the same comments.

I have Jetpack connected to my site. Everytime I log into my Jetpack account, Hide My WP sends out a warning mail. An exclusion of this call isn’t possible. Can you describe if and how this works and if HMW is compatible to the Jetpack Connection?

Hi, can you please try disabling IDS option under HMWP IDS Firewall tab?

Of course that works, but I want it to be active!?

Go to Dashboard >> Intrusions, and hover over the request name (that is related to jetpack) and click on “exclude” link to add that request to exception list.

Thanks, I’ve tried that before but that doesn’t work. The page just reloads and nothing happens. It’s also not added to the exclusion list. The mails also keep coming.

Hi, please create a ticket in our support forum(http://support.wpwave.com/) and mention the issues you have with HMWP and also let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can look into the issue further.

Hi, can you please try setting “Block Threshold” value to 30 or 40 in HMWP IDS Firewall tab? Let us know.

Hi, I am very curious to whether the threshold level adjustment worked or not. Also, if this would be the correct approach here?

I’m also getting spammed by HMWP IDS ALERT messages when people are browsing my site, or when I log in:
    /xmlrpc.php?for=jetpack is the trigger.

Hi caroga, you can do one or both of these:

    1) Go to Dashboard >> Intrusions, hover over the request names (that is related to jetpack) and click on “exclude” link to add that request to exception list.

    2) In IDS Firewall tab, set “Block Threshold” value to 30 or 40
