    I have installed with Medium Privacy – Quick
    I have changed the Admin key
    I attempt to login from this URL
    example http://www.mydomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234
    This goes to the login page and passes to a plugin called Toopher for an extra layer of security. This plugin is also on my cellphone and when I OK the request, allows me to login.
    After authentication takes place with Toopher plugin, the URL changes to
    example http://www.mydomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234?hide_my_wp=1234 and gives me a 404

    Hi, can you please Generate Debug Log from HMWP plugin’s start tab and send it to us. Also, what if you disable Toopher plugin, you still have the same issue?

    I disabled the Toopher plugin and the problem resolved. I removed the Toopher plugin assuming that dual authentication should not be needed if potential hackers can’t find the login page in the first place. Thanks for following up.

    Yes, same feature enabled in 2 or more plugins could cause issue. We haven’t yet used Toopher plugin but I hope there might be an option just to disable the login authentication part.
