Hi, I need immediate help. When installing the plugin and making some changes the site breaks and I get a error 500. I deleted the plugin via ftp and the site is still down. I had to delete the part from the .htacces file that was created by the plugin to get the site online again. How can i get the plugin to work????

I checked your website and it seems to be working fine. Also HMWP plugin seems to be active there. So is the issue resolved or it’s still there? I tried to login to WP backend but it says ‘incorrect password’.

No, the issue was not resolved! I had spend hours to get my site working again by deleting plugin and creating an new .htaccess file. I’m using WP Hide & Security Enhance now which doesn’t break my site down. I will not install your plugin again I did it twice and it broke my site completely and cost me hours to fix again!

And yes I changed the password of my backend and FTP again because there is nothing to be resolved anymore. I’m not using the plugin anymore.

You should fix your plugin. It should not happen that my site breaks down for a premium plugin!

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, but it could have been a minor issue with htaccess, which we could have resolved for you. Anyways, thanks for trying out HMWP plugin. Best regards!
