    Hi, we’ve have a problem while exporting excel data from Contact Form DB plugin with the Hide My WP plugin enabled.
    If we disable Hide My WP plugin, the exported excel file (xlsx) is readable by Excel. Instead if we enable Hide My WP plugin, the exported excel file generates an error of invalid format while Excel try to open it.

    Could someone help us?

    Hi, can you please try disabling “IDS” option in IDS Firewall tab?
    If it’s still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can look into it further.

    Did you try disabling “IDS” option in IDS Firewall tab? Also empty out “Ajax url” filed in Permalinks & urls tab.

    Sometimes it could be difficult to assist without the access to backend. Is it possible to clone your website and provide us the credentials?
