Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused. We’ll look into this asap. Meanwhile, please rename “hide_my_wp” plugin folder to something like “”hide_my_wp_bkp” in /wp-content/plugins/ directory using FTP. If still the issue then also rename your site’s .htaccess file (in your site’s root directory) to something like .htaccess-bkp

Please provide login details as a private reply and we fix it ASAP.

If it’s not possible providing the content of htaccess which cause that error may really help.

This kind of file can not be attached please just paste its content!

Make sure it’s that wrong htaccess!

I triad to re-generate the issue in my local server.

After many tests I found the problem. Just Replace follwoing in WP directory:
    – [L]
    with this
    - [L]

    That’s it!

Duplicated htacess can make complex issues so it may be helpful to only have one htaccess (it should be where index.php is whether it’s WP directory or domain root)

If your server PHP is higher than 5.3.X you can use the same folder.

You can also re-download v5.01 which is compatible with older servers
