Featured Pictures Gone

The page’s featured pictures are gone. I couldn’t find anything in the videos nor quick fix. As far as I know, there’s no TimThumbs. php. One of the support responses apparently said to send the debug report which I’m prepared to do. Please assist.

Do I have to import a WXR file everytime or is there an easier way?
